jen-hillLet me be your Nutrition Tuition. The language of good food and nutrition can be a barrier for most and doesn’t need to be challenging or scary.  Don’t be intimidated by the language surrounding food and the latest fads.

I can help you learn to cook the basics and guide you to build on that as you gain confidence.  I give ‘hands on’ cooking lessons for individuals or groups, from everyday meals to the most challenging of dishes.

Cooking should be fun.  All my classes are ‘hands on’, interactive classes where participants learn to cook in a fun, relaxed and informative atmosphere.  I can teach you the basics of nutrition and give you the confidence to choose foods that work for you.

I believe in the ‘everything in moderation’ approach to food choice and encourage clients to focus on choosing whole foods, as unprocessed as possible while being mindful of seasonal produce and local produce.

I am passionate about teaching parents to prepare nutritious food for children of all ages, from a baby’s first mouthful of solids to the fussy eater, whether it be a toddler or teenager.

I offer individual, family or group nutrition tuition through various food coaching strategies, nutrition counselling and ongoing support.  My energetic, relaxed and supportive approach is the result of many years working in various areas of food and nutrition.
