I offer email or phone support as follow up to cooking and coaching classes.  Each session entitles you to five (5) personal replies specific to your needs.

Weekly postings:

There will be general weekly postings of recipes and hints.  These postings will cover a wide range of topics from basic cooking methods, using seasonal produce, celebration cooking, incorporating wholefoods into your diet, creating great food for all ages to cooking for those with specific needs e.g. intolerances, allergies, fussy eaters.

Farm style accommodation is available for those who want to take advantage of a package.

Wake to the fresh country air, take a brisk morning stroll and enjoy a full hearty, healthy breakfast with egg from our chooks, veges from my garden and locally produced meat products.

You can choose accommodation from:

  • Twin share (shared bathroom)
  • King double (shared bathroom)
  • Studio (self contained)

All packages come with full breakfast, morning and afternoon tea, lunch, a three course dinner and complimentary glass of wine; all cooked by me.

You are welcome to sit and observe the evening meal preparations while you relax and enjoy a glass of complimentary wine or unwind in the country atmosphere.
